ABout jessica

Background

Jessica grew up across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, spending most of her life in Singapore and Bahrain. She now resides in the Netherlands. Raised in a big, sporty family as one of four siblings, being active was part of everyday life. When she wasn’t outside playing sport, Jessica was in the kitchen with friends—cooking, baking, and experimenting. The kitchen was always the heart of the home and from an early age, she came to understand food as both fuel for the body and a powerful way to bring people, families, and communities together.

Although her passion for food was clear early on, Jessica initially followed a more conventional path, starting her career in London’s corporate world. It didn’t take long for her to realise that this environment didn’t align with her values or creative drive. In 2020, she made the bold decision to leave that behind, enrolling at Leiths School of Food and Wine. She immediately began working as a private chef and she never looked back!

Private Chef

Jessica went on to cook for clients across the world - families, individuals, and corporations, tailoring menus not only to taste but to specific dietary and nutritional needs. She thrived on creating food that was both exciting and nourishing, proving that healthy eating can be vibrant, satisfying, and full of flavour. Along the way, she realised she was doing more than just cooking; she was also educating, and she loved it! Clients regularly turned to her for advice on ingredients, food choices, and not only how to fuel their body but also how to feel better through the food they ate. 

Nutritionist

This growing connection with clients, combined with her deep interest for health and nutrition, led her to formalise her knowledge at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. After three years of training, and a foundation year in biomedicine, she qualified as a DipNTCNM Nutritionist, blending her culinary expertise with a deep understanding of the human body.

Jessica now works with clients around the world, combining her passion for wellness with a commitment to education and empowerment. She offers expert guidance and compassionate support, helping individuals take charge of their health and thrive in their unique wellness journeys.
